Over 6-7 months you will explore how middle leadership can successfully drive school improvement and learn from your growing network of likeminded peers.

Deepen your understanding of the complex role of principal by increasing your professional knowledge, capabilities and dispositions to influence student achievement and teacher learning, collective efficacy and school-wide improvement.
Over 6-9 months you will develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to be thoroughly prepared for your first principal appointment and realise your potential to lead a school for learning improvement and transformation.
Audience: assistant principals and teacher leaders who are working towards their first principal appointment.
Evolve: New Principals
Learn to thrive in your new role as principal by building your strategic, people and technical skills, create strong support networks, and feel supported as you establish yourself in the principal role.
Over 5-8 months, you will have the opportunity to network with your peers, focus on personalising and contextualising your learning for expertise and to enhance impact. On completing the program you will have a tool kit of models and frameworks to support decision making and practical experiences that make a real difference to student outcomes.
