Thinking strategies involve things like reading and learning new things, planning and definitional work, and engaging in things like perspective-taking and sense-making activities.

Deep-dive into 3 thinking strategies - creating boundaries, using perspective and generating new ideas - that support and enhance wellbeing.

Reflect on your own persona and think about the things that trigger pleasant and unpleasant emotions and the way react to them so that you can be more emotionally agile.
